Excellent service from the agency. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, and we even got a bigger model than expected at no extra cost. Another much-appreciated gesture: they let us cross the border into Croatia for free, even though that normally costs 60 €. The staff were professional, helpful and very kind. I highly recommend this agency and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Without exaggeration, I spent weeks searching for a mid-range car at an affordable price. I contacted every agency in the area and was exhausted from the search. This is the best and most reliable option. Their prices are competitive and they don't ask for a deposit on your Visa card. 👍🏼 I rented it for nine days and drove over 1000 km. Fortunately, I had no problems with the car. I highly recommend them, and if I ever return to Sarajevo I'll definitely rent from the same agency again. 👌🏼

This is the car rental company I've been most satisfied with so far. They didn't charge commission, didn't charge extra for a child seat, and provided a new, fully equipped automatic car. We rented at the end of March, so prices may differ in other periods, but we paid 40 € a day, all included (full insurance and border crossings). Just don't forget to return the car cleaned, otherwise you pay 20 KM.

This is the best car rental company I've ever seen. We rented a Škoda Kamiq for 5 days at 35 € a day, paying in cash. When we said we'd return the car 5 hours after pickup — while other companies were adding a whole extra day — Mr. Vedad gave us a discount without us even asking. Everything is included in the price: green card, insurance, etc. They didn't charge any card block or pre-authorization. We got clean, fast and reliable service. I recommend them to everyone.
